Local Aging Life Care Professional\u2122 Receives Award Recognition<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wolfrom, a resident of Hendersonville since 2014, has been an Aging Life Care\u2122 Professional for years and focuses her practice on advocacy and helping seniors access the best services for mental, physical, social, and spiritual wellness. Wolfrom has been a member of the Aging Life care Association\u2122 (formerly known as the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers) for 16 years. She has experience from a variety of clinical and management positions in hospitals, assisted living, skilled nursing, home care, and hospice. Wolfrom is a registered nurse, has a BS in Business Administration and a master\u2019s degree in Health Services Administration. Certifications include: gerontologic nursing and care management.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
